You sat in the corner, like everyday
You’ve always been like that
I observed you across the room
Though we were so close
I felt like we lived hundred miles apart

Then you stood up and came to the window
Pierced through the glass with your dark eyes
Looking down as if you went from zero to hero
With your hands in your pockets
And you turned my way, with nothing to say

I’m right here, can you notice?
I’m right here talk to me
I want to be close, I want us to share
I’m trying to be the one you need

Where are those days we couldn’t live apart
We had something, but something is lost
I miss a kind warm heart

You were always shining in the evening
Cooking your terrific dinners
While listening to your favorite songs
Then you spent hours and hours talking to your friends
While I was wondering where your heart belonged

You used to bring me flowers in your hands
To just see my childish smile
And create the art from blankets in the bed
We were once close but now
I’m not sure if it was only in my head

I’m sorry you didn’t notice
The one who loved you so
I wanted to live, I wanted to build
A happy life with you

Those were the old day
We couldn’t match our mind
Was it even real, or was it nothing?
I need a kind warm heart
